Assistive Technology Instructor I

The Assistive Technology Instructor is responsible for the successful training of all AT clients, identifying and evaluating new AT tools for ETLB, and partnering with all other areas to identify and facilitate new offerings as needed.  Receiving referrals from the Client Services Case Manager and the TWC Director, the AT Instructor performs all duties relevant to clients and employees accomplishing their AT goals including but not limited to assessments, guidance, planning, training, overall case management, and follow up.

Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for assisting internal and external customers by effectively processing orders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This includes retrieving, reviewing and approving electronic customer orders (EDI), assisting in maintaining the customer service inboxes and assisting customers on the phone.

Distribution Clerk

The Distribution Clerk position is an indirect labor support position, reporting to the Distribution/Warehouse Supervisor.  The Distribution Clerk position is responsible for processing and distributing Horizon work boots (HWB) along with other distribution items per the customers’ requirements accurately and in a timely manner.  They may assist other Distribution staff as needed and instructed.  On a prescribed schedule, individual will help to maintain a clean and orderly warehouse and observe all safety rules.

Production Worker

The Production Worker position is a direct labor support position, responsible to produce goods in an efficient manner, maintaining appropriate safety and quality protocol. All Production Workers (PW) perform their duties in a manufacturing and assembly atmosphere, serving as a team member within a work group. While the PW is ultimately responsible to the Production Supervisor, the Machine Operator position also provides guidance and support within the PW work group. The PW position has 4 levels, each with essential functions and training opportunities for advancement.
