Production Worker

The Production Worker position is a direct labor support position, responsible to produce goods in an efficient manner, maintaining appropriate safety and quality protocol. All Production Workers (PW) perform their duties in a manufacturing and assembly atmosphere, serving as a team member within a work group. While the PW is ultimately responsible to the Production Supervisor, the Machine Operator position also provides guidance and support within the PW work group. The PW position has 4 levels, each with essential functions and training opportunities for advancement.

Machine Operator

The Machine Operator is a direct labor support position, reporting to the Production Supervisor. The Machine Operator Position is responsible to produce goods in an efficient manner, maintaining appropriate safety and quality protocol. All Machine Operators (MO) perform their duties in a manufacturing and assembly atmosphere, serving as a team member within a work group. The MO performs machine operating procedures on assigned production line, including monitoring machine parameters, complying with all safety protocol, ensuring that raw material is available and that the machine is producing product to quality standards and production requirements. Accomplishing these responsibilities requires consistent collaboration with other MOs, Production Workers, Production Auditors, and Production Maintenance Technicians.

Aerospace Business Development Specialist

The Aerospace Business Development Specialist will report to the Senior VP of Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for growing sales in Aviation Markets (commercial, general, and military) including ground fleet customers, contractors, and subcontractors. As part of the sales team, this specialist will represent the company specifically in the aviation market reflecting the company’s mission, values, and standards while providing quality products and service to customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the aviation industry, detailed-orientated, technical knowledge, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Materials Handler

The Materials Handler is a part-time, indirect labor support position, reporting to the Maintenance and Warehouse Supervisor.  The Materials Handler position is responsible for the movement of both raw materials and finished goods to and from production work centers.  With the use of the production schedule and work order travelers this individual will be responsible for selecting and delivering the appropriate raw material to the appropriate production work center in a timely fashion.
